Welcome Home to Highlands County, we have been waiting for you! I have been working alongside my wife, Whitney for many years helping the selling and buying public  find their “new adventure” in life. We are versed in all aspects of the real estate industry from large ranches to the local restaurant to your perfect retirement waterfront home. We have a combined 44 years in the real estate profession, including having State Certified Appraiser licenses, along with myself having a total of 20+ years in the construction industry. Yes, you could say we are qualified!

We settled in Highlands County many years ago because of the small town feel. We both love having a safe atmosphere, yet close to conveniences. Of course, we love the scenic lakes, where Highlands County boasts a total of almost 100 of them. I’m an avid fisherman and very knowledgeable regarding the Highlands County lake system. 

Although our main office is located in Sebring FL, we are Realtors and provide Realtor Services in not only LSebring but also in Lake Placid, Avon Park and the surrounding areas. Our home is in Sebring, where we live with our beloved dog, Pebbles. I have earned many “top dollar” awards and certifications throughout the years, while Whitney’s interest is found in her volunteer work serving on the local board committees and serving as a board director on our local Realtor Association.
